Helping Hands Network is part of Junior Adventures Group. We have more than 2,500 employees, who are dedicated to providing stimulating, fun and high-quality Outside School Hours Care (Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care) across 400 services nationally.

Opportunities
In Service

Our in-service team members deliver best-in-market Outside School Hours Care, promoting service excellence, while supporting growth and fun learning opportunities for children. Our service Coordinators achieve excellence by supporting and mentoring a high-performing, skilled and engaged team of educators within the service, and by providing an inclusive and fun environment in which children are safe, engaged and well supervised. The service Coordinator will be responsible for the management and supervision of staff, children and the OSHC service, under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager.
