Helping Hands Network is part of Junior Adventures Group. We have more than 2,500 employees, who are dedicated to providing stimulating, fun and high-quality Outside School Hours Care (Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care) across 400 services nationally.

In Service

Coordinator / Educator

Our in-service team members deliver best-in-market Outside School Hours Care, promoting service excellence, while supporting growth and fun learning opportunities for children. Our service Coordinators achieve excellence by supporting and mentoring a high-performing, skilled and engaged team of educators within the service, and by providing an inclusive and fun environment in which children are safe, engaged and well supervised. The service Coordinator will be responsible for the management and supervision of staff, children and the OSHC service, under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager.

Norville State School

Helping Hands is a great fit for the culture of our school, passionately delivering on their commitment to work closely with the school to deliver positive outcomes for our school community. Nearly 30% of our school community attends the OSHC service daily.

Bourke Street Public School

The service is independent from the school, but provides a good partnership that enhances marketability of the school, and provides its own share of positive shopping centre conversations in the community

Burpengary State School

I am always confident that the staff of the service operate with the best interests of the children and their families in mind. While the service deals with issues independently, it keeps channels of communication open and works within the policies of the school.

Lane Cove West Public School

The programs delivered for our students during before, after and vacation care sessions are of a high standard and quality, supported by well trained staff and resources. The programs are constantly evolving based on the interested of the children in care. I regularly visit the service and enjoy seeing children engaged, laughing, having fun and learning through play based activities.

Oxenford State School

It is a really nurturing and warm environment, the children are always happy and engaged in some type of experience. They have the option to play inside or outside – there is always something on offer – things that they want to do. If the children come in with an idea it is used The staff negotiate with the children, and the children are always happy

Talara Primary School

I felt really guilty when I realised my children would have to go to After school care, but when I first came along I had a meeting with the Coordinator, she put my mind at ease. The environment that HH creates at the school is fantastic, the carers are so passionate about the children, I feel very secure that I am secure in leaving my children here. There is no more guilt
