Join us in the morning at our before school care program called ‘Rise then Shine’. It sets the tone for a great day at school with nutritious breakfasts and energising activities.
Continue the fun in the afternoon at our after school care program called ‘Stay and Play’. Children can play, learn new skills, and build lasting friendships all before heading home.
Our holiday program called Holiday HQ is the place to be while school is out! We have new themes each school holiday and a variety of exciting excursions and special events.

How we can support your child’s development
Starting school can be daunting for kids. Our programs help set children up for the best possible day at school and create an environment where friendships can thrive outside of the classroom.
We are passionate about play. We understand the important role it has in a child’s positive learning and development. That’s why all our programs are designed around play, fun and friendship.
We give children the opportunity to learn about and practice important life skills like taking care of themselves and the environment around them, extending on what’s taught in the classroom.
Monash University* research found that our Adventure Program scored highly on learning outcomes relating to identity, social connection and wellbeing. 90% of children reported that our program helped them look after themselves and their friends.

What is the Child Care Subsidy?
Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is a CCS-eligible service, just like daycare. Your family can receive subsidies up to 90% on your before and after school care and holiday program fees when your child starts primary school.

FAQs
Helping Hands Network team members are qualified as per National Quality Framework and Legislated Regulations and have demonstrated experience in working at OSHC services.
These qualifications are commonly:
Diploma of Children Services (OSHC)
Certificate III or IV in Children Services
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Teaching for Primary School Aged children
And so many more.
All team members employed by Helping Hands Network must provide the appropriate security checks before they are accepted.
On employment, all team members must provide a copy of a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), which we verify through the Department of Justice website.
Educators must also complete their qualifications in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and Child Protection Training before working within our services.
We also provide opportunities for our team to improve on their skills and progress within the company with an internal LMS and external training based off the requirements of the community.
