We are passionate about delivering the highest-quality childcare, while offering the best possible support to families and school communities.
Our programs are designed to provide children with opportunities to maximise their potential and develop the foundations for future success.
Helping Hands Network delivers Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services including holiday programs services across Australia through a ‘School Community Partnership’ model.
This means we become an integral part of each school community, working closely with everyone to achieve outcomes that benefit all.
We listen to the needs and ideas of families and schools, ensuring we provide a personalised service.
You can be sure that at Helping Hands Network your students are in the safest of hands.
Each OSHC service in Australia is assessed by a State Regulatory Authority, and awarded an overall rating, based on the quality of the service provided.
Data published by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority shows 94.17%* of our services meet or exceed the Standard.
Additionally, we carefully screen all our team members to ensure they are suitably qualified and experienced for a specific role.
*As at 1 Sept 2021.
Our programs are created from within the service in collaboration with the children. This ensures that each program is tailored to the interests and needs of the children who attend rather than a generic standard program throughout all our services. Our programs are not only educational and meet the National Standards but are engaging and fun every day.
